Born in Bangladesh, a singer mostly
popular in the state of Texas as well as in many other states
for his solo performance and he entertained his audience for any
given duration of performance. Mizan Chowdhury has attained
distinction in singing modern Bengali songs of 60-80s of many popular singers,
such as Kishore Kumar, Mohammad Rafi and particularly Manna Dey. He
performed in many cities all over the United States, such as
Philadelphia, Minnesotta, Colorado. In Bangladesh he took part in
concerts in Bangladesh University of Engineering Technology
auditorium. Mizan Chowdhury is also a distinguished artist. He is a gold medalist for his weeklong solo Arts and Crafts exhibition organized by the Students Club of the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology. Mizan's work has captured international attention, and is included in private, corporate and public collections. Mizan Chowdhury devoted most part of his life in music and art. He has inherited an instinctive artistic notion that led him to excel in both music and art. He is a very soft-spoken and a polite man with charismatic personality. He received his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology and Master of Science in Natural Gas Engineering from the Texas A & M University, Texas, USA in 1993.
